Health & Safety

Please read before playing · updated August 2026

Photosensitive seizure warning. A very small number of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns. Even people with no history of seizures may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these “photosensitive epileptic seizures” while watching video games.

Symptoms to watch for

Symptoms can include lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, momentary loss of awareness, or loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling or striking nearby objects.

Immediately stop playing and consult a doctor if you experience any of these symptoms. Parents should watch for, or ask their children about, these symptoms — children and teenagers are more likely than adults to experience these seizures.

Reducing the risk

General comfort

Motion and audio

MUSTER is a turn-based, top-down puzzle game with no first-person camera, so motion discomfort is unlikely. Sound and music can be adjusted or muted at any time under SETTINGS → AUDIO. Controller rumble can be turned off under SETTINGS → CONTROLLER.

This notice is general safety information and is not medical advice. If you have specific health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
